    We're in the process of switching to Polaris, and our current ILS has this. It's extremely detailed and is an invaluable tool for staff who can use it to investigate any number of issues with a patron's account. It gives detailed transaction information such as time, date, staff ID, workstation, location, item barcode. It can be filtered by date range, type of transaction, and location. I see that you can perform patron history reports in Simply Reports, but it's surprising that this capability isn't available directly within a patron's account.
