Display additional record types in "Recent" workform tracker
The "Recent" tab in the Leap Workform Tracker lists recently-accessed patron, item, and bibliographic records. Now that additional record types are available in Leap, it would be helpful to have additional record types listed in the "Recent" tab, including but not limited to:InvoicesPurchase OrdersRecord Sets
Idea Value
The "Recent" tab in the workform tracker is a helpful tool that allows staff to easily reopen records that have been recently closed. Adding additional record types to the recent tab would be helpful for all staff, especially technical services staff that are transitioning to Leap.

Moving my importance level up a bit - it is SOOO annoying to lose the recent records when you're working to troubleshoot a problem/issue!

We would like to request record sets be added to the recent tab in Leap (top left hamburger menu). In settings it looks like it's called "Workform Tracker." When a record set is open, it shows up in the current tab, but after closed, it doesn't switch to recent. Some of the libraries use specific record sets several times a day and it would be great for it to be saved there instead of only using the Find tool.

This idea would be really helpful for Serial Holdings records and Serial Check-in cards. We are currently transitioning to Polaris and need to recreate all of our serial records. Being able to go back to a serial record I was just working in from the Recent tab would be extremely helpful.

It would also be nice to see Authority records added to the view. If we want to go all out, maybe even an option in settings to determine which types of records go there for the user and an option for a compact view so you could get more entries in the list without scrolling.

100% behind tracking record sets! Some days all I do in Leap is work with record sets, and being able to open a recent record set would be extremely helpful and save a lot of time.

Our library uses record sets a lot, and this idea would be incredibly helpful to us. Staff spend a lot of time going in and out of record sets, and being able to retrieve a recently closed record set would save a lot of time and effort.

This is a fantastic idea, and will go a long way to converting Technical Services staff to more readily using Leap!
