Restrict hold pickup areas by material type
Allow each library to specify specific material types(?) to not be allowed to be picked up in certain pickup areas. Example would be a wi-fi hotspot not being allowed to be picked up in a locker.

We will be setting up holds lockers next year and we'd love to see this implemented.
