Restrict hold pickup areas by material type
Allow each library to specify specific material types(?) to not be allowed to be picked up in certain pickup areas. Example would be a wi-fi hotspot not being allowed to be picked up in a locker.

Our holds lockers cannot accommodate certain kits in our collection.
