Collapse Name on Identification Fields
Staff have suggested that the Name on Identification area of the Leap registration form be collapsable, so that it will only be accessed if absolutely necessary. This measure would be an extra step in ensuring a patron's privacy, if a staff member accessing the record doesn't need that particular information.

I agree with the suggester's position that this would be good for patron privacy. It would also reduce the amount of times when staff fill in that information when it's not needed because they see a blank field and feel like they have to fill it in. Adding an extra click or step to the process to adding that information will help with ensuring not only that it isn't on display if it doesn't have to be but also that staff aren't using that field unless they really need it.
