Rephrase verbiage when not all items are unholdable
Please change the wording for the pop-up message when there are holdable and non-holdable items on the same bib record. It's confusing for staff, and makes them think that they have to figure out an alternate way to place a hold for their patron - when in reality, the hold can go through, and will be added to the appropriate library's picklist. (The example I saw from my staff was a bib record that had a single reference (non-holdable) item on it, and a number of other holdable/circulating items. The screenshot attached is the message staff received.)

Hello,
The language strings for the message in the screenshot are in the language tool in Polaris Web Admin (your URL/webadmin) and can be customized.
You'll find them listed under the product "Polaris Application Services". This dialog contains more than one language string, I recommend searching using the "string contains" option in the language editor.
Some string examples:
"Patron (patron name) has exceeded request limit for the title
Title:" is PAS_PATRONTITLEREQUESTSEXCEEDED_CONTINUE
"(Not all material limits were exceeded)." is PAS_PLACEREQUESTMATLIMITSNOTEXCEEDED -

Rephrasing the verbiage would be eliminate the confusion.

This wording is very confusing. It would also be nice if the language string was added to WebAdmin/LeapSA, so libraries could configure it themselves.
