Add the ability to round all prices to nearest nickel
With the production of pennies ending, we've had some discussion around prices in Polaris. Ideally, we would like to see some method of optionally having all prices (item prices and fines) rounded to the nearest nickel. We haven't run into any problems yet, but as pennies eventually become more scarce, we suspect that we'll have trouble with cash payments.

In Canada, prices remain whatever it is to the penny. All credit/debit transactions are then processed as is, and cash transactions are rounded up or down to the nearest five cents (up or down depending on the amount). I checked with one of the libraries in the system I work in, and they don't do anything in terms of consolidating their till with Leap reports, so it doesn't affect anything that way.

I know that Canada has already stopped minting pennies. Perhaps some of our Canadian libraries could comment here on how they've modified their systems to support this?
