Allow for a pop-up when paying for an outside library's item, e.g. 'this is not your library's item, would you like to pay for it' hit continue or cancel, similar to when you're trying to scan a requested item that is meant for another patron. There have been times when a patron comes to pay for another library's item in cash, and unless the staff member checks to make sure that it's only overdue fees or fees that pertains to their particular library, they keep that outside library's payment. They then have to reimburse the item-owning library or the item-owning library goes through their Lost & Paid report to see that the item was paid for at another location and contact that library for reimbursement.
