Include perioidical issue information in overdue notices
We had a patron complaint that the email notices do not include magazine issue information, only the main title. The notices also do not include item barcodes, so there isn't any data to match against a specific issue. Could information from the Issue field in the item record be displayed in overdue notices?

This idea has been split and posted on the Polaris and Sierra forums.
In order for LX Starter to include this information the ILS will first need to make sure they are passing it to LX Starter. Once they enable that LX Starter can add it as a merge tag to display in the notice design.
This idea will also remain on the LX Starter forum so you can follow along on the LX Starter side of it.
