Separate cancel hold and freeze hold
We would like Freeze hold to be taken out as a dropdown of Cancel hold and be its own button. It's not intuitive that you would click Cancel hold to get to Freeze hold. Alternatively maybe the button could say Edit hold, then the options could be Cancel or Freeze.

Agree that it is not at all intuitive that "Freeze" is a hidden dropdown option under "Cancel Hold." WebPAC has "Cancel" on the right of the hold information line and "Freeze" on the left so they are both visible at the same time and also not in danger of being mixed up.
