Remove Bookmark option when not logged in
The Bookmark feature does not seem to work now that the new patron account feature has been released. A user can click the bookmark icon and gets the message "temporarily saved to Bookmarks", but there is no way to see them. Is it possible to remove this option or changing the message to indicate the user must login to save?
There is a problem with the bookmarking functionality that was originally intended to allow a non-authenticated user to bookmark items and when they realized they are not logged in, Vega would put all the current 'guest bookmarks' into the user's for later list.
This seems to have stopped working with other development and no one has reported the Problem. I would love to hear from customers whether we should reinstate the old guest workflow, have the bookmark action prompt a user to login, or hide bookmark actions from guest users.

We have not yet turned Account Portal back on and the temporary bookmarks feature still works for us. This has been handy for us as we have a few staff accounts that are very unresponsive and laggy due to a large number of lists. We've been able to improve workflow for staff by having them build a list without being signed in and then sign in to add the titles to a list in their account without dealing with lag while searching. Best case scenario would be to fix the performance issue for showcase accounts but it is nice to have this option in the meantime.
Aside from that, I think I would like to see the guest bookmark action reinstated. If it can't work, it should be hidden, but if it can, seeing the option might prompt a user to try it and sign in. If it just doesn't display, they may never realize the function exists.

I would prefer a restoration of the ability for logged-out users to create temporary bookmark lists, but if not possible, or in the meantime until restored, yes please modify the bookmark feature to say that you must log in to view them.
