Bookmark default should be "All" instead of "Available"
Right now the default in bookmark lists is set to "Available" when it should be set to "All" as the default. Customers are confused as to where the rest of their bookmark list is and don't know they need to toggle to "All."

Customers look through their bookmarks for different reasons, not just to see what's currently available. It's more intuitive to see ALL your titles by default and then filter if you want to.

This is so confusing. When you save a title, you don't expect it to disappear when it gets checked out by someone else.
