Token for the Vega help in custom header
The current documentation has tokens to add the login and language selection to the custom header https://documentation.iii.com/vega/admin/admin/ConfigureCustomHeaderFooter.htm
There doesn't appear to be a token/component for the help button that's in the default header, but I'd love to be able to use that.

Make Syndetics Only Link to the Current Vega Collection
Some Syndetics content links out to the main Vega collection instead of the collection that is currently being searched. For Consortia this will create patron issues since each member has their own collection.

Ability to place a hold on an item that is already checked out to that same patron.
Okay. Let me preface this by saying this does sound odd... although it's regular occurrence on popular material such as mobile hotspots. On the classic PAC (Polaris) if a patron has an item already checked out they can still place a hold on that same item. On Vega if a patron tries to do this it will only try to renew it.
BUT if the patron logs out of their Vega account. Searches for the material. Clicks place hold. It will then allow them to make that hold on the identical item.

suspend hold
Previously, if someone placed items on hold but wanted to suspend the hold into an inactive status (to reactivate by a certain date -- i.e. July 10, 2023), they could specify the date in their holds list. In Vega Discover, there is no option to suspend the hold until a certain date. A patron can only freeze the hold until they select unfreeze. Would there be a way to have both options (Freeze and inactive status with a specific date)? I know that patrons who are on vacation until a certain date appreciate selecting an exact date for the hold…

Staff and customers want to be able to request all inside one of their bookmarks. They use the bookmark to curate the list, then want to request all of them at once.

A problem was fixed with the application of multiple facets in the December 4-5th release of Vega Discover updates. Now when you choose availability of in library, no online formats will appear in the format facet. If you choose available of online, no locations will appear in the location facet. If you select a location and filter, only online materials that also have physical materials included at that site in the rollup will appear in search results.

Display Title informaiton in My Bookshelf for suppressed bibs and items
If a patron has borrowed an item for which the bibliographic record or all attached item records are suppressed, NO title information appears in the patron's Checkouts in My Bookshelf. Instead, an annoying message appears stating that the title is 'unavailable' (we changed it to state that the title details cannot display at this time). This happens also with our ILL titles and our Quick Picks (Express titles) that are from our browsable collection! Ability to search by Item Call#
Searching by call# has always been available to staff and patrons and though we've only been live a short few days, staff have already experienced the need to search by call# (a patron brought a call# to staff and staff had to go into Sierra to find the title they were referencing). Our call#s are stored in the item records and we would like to be able to search by call#.

Option to display a call# per title in the roll up where there is one available
We have our call#s in the item records and each Branch library uses the same call#. Patrons and staff are struggling to find the call#s and want them displayed in the results list for every title where available. It is time consuming to do the extra clicks to view a call number!

Scheduling Vega Homepage Layouts
Vega Homepage Layouts are an excellent way to communicate with our patrons based on spotlighting showcases, new collections, as well as upcoming programs.
Although this takes a lot of manual intervention whenever a change needs to be made. We'd love the ability to schedule Vega Homepage layouts for future months. Example: Saving Monthly Vega Showcases based on our libraries future focused campaigns (Summer reading, poetry month, heritage months, etc.).

Looking for more customizable features, branding.
Please make the main page more customizable for libraries. I would love to see the ability to add showcases to the main landing page. Would also like to be able to customize the favicon to our library logo.
