View and manipulate linked patrons in My Bookshelf
the library would like patrons to be able to see patrons that are linked in Sierra. For instance, to allow a patron to renew their kids items under their Juvenile accounts, in bulk at once or flipping to that account view for renewing without re-logging in, or see and/or pay their fines, etc, because the accounts are linked in Sierra.

We are being asked for this functionality. It would really be helpful for families managing multiple accounts!

This was the very first question/compliant we received after we went live with Vega. I pointed the patron to use the III Mobile app, but the functionality should be available across the platforms we offer.

I too will mark it critical. It's something our patrons (and staff) have been asking for, for DECADES via various IUG enhancement processes. For now, we ask patrons to use III mobile for that functionality, but for those who don't want to/don't use the mobile app, it should be possible.

Our patrons actually expect to be able to manage all of their family members accounts from one login rather than switching to each one. Staff pretty consistently address this question from them. It comes up so much, I almost wanted to mark it as "critical."
This would be an amazing enhancement that everyone would love!
