Event and Meeting Room Calendar URLs for importing in Google Calendar
Staff would like to be able to have a URL available to them where variables can be altered so events and meeting room reservations can be imported into Google Calendar. It would also aid in the use of digital reservation panels outside meeting rooms which rely on Google Calendar to display a daily list of upcoming events and reservations.

I have had several patrons ask for this function to be added to the software. Many people don't understand the calendar download that happens currently. My patrons want a "Add to Google Calendar" button that takes them straight to their G-calendar.

Yes - please provide this functionality! Many conference room software products for iPads and other tablets provide the ability to link to a Google calendar URL, and if we can set up a Google calendar sync PER reservable room then we can have a really nice display/signage for way finding.
