Image Library
In the program/event software we are migrating from, we have a shared image library where all programming staff can access the images we use to promote events. They only have to click them to add them to their events. The image library is managed by an admin level user, but open to any staff for viewing/using. It would be great to have a feature like that available again.


Our best practice for centrally controlled images is to create a template where you can also include your preferred event title and description. That makes it easy for staff to use the template and quickly update the date and location.
