Custom Report Builder
It would save a lot of time to be able to create a report and save it (Only having to adjust dates when we run it) so that we don't have to make all the tweaks and go different places to get the data we need for our monthly reports.
We could create different reports for Meeting Room Bookings, Program Attendance, etc.
Attached is a sample report builder where you could chose the pieces of data you wanted in your report and how you wanted the report to be formatted. Then the next time you ran it, you could just adjust the dates for the month.
The feature is included in the January 8, 2026 release.

Hi Whitney, we are getting ready to deploy Vega Program. We still don't see an option to have room set-ups emailed to people on staff. Our facilities staff is used to get a daily report telling them how many people are expected for given events in specific rooms on a given day, and how those rooms should be set up (e.g., classroom style for 20; boardroom style for 10, etc.) Is there a date on the roadmap for this feature? How do you recommend we overcome this lack of functionality.

Reporting features regarding the room reservations and related set-ups need to become customizeable reports with push notifications.

It's helpful to have an email sent automatically to staff members about events happening that week at the library. It can be customized so the staff can get events either related to their branch or a specific category.
