As with previous, I think if this were to happen it should customizable by site. I wouldn't want to change the current order.

I'm wondering if this is an issue with a different LMS from us. We have Sierra and customers can cancel their holds when they're in transit or on the holdshelf for them.

Customers are finding the facets to be not useful. We think that being able to order the ones to be most important to them at the top would improve this.
