    Yes! I would especially love to see last used on all the saved searches/exports. That way we can clean them out eaiser.

    I've been asking for this for years. I think the original answer III gave me was there was a limitation outside their control, but I would hope that is fixed now!

    Customers are finding the facets to be not useful. We think that being able to order the ones to be most important to them at the top would improve this.

    As with previous, I think if this were to happen it should customizable by site. I wouldn't want to change the current order.

    I'm wondering if this is an issue with a different LMS from us. We have Sierra and customers can cancel their holds when they're in transit or on the holdshelf for them.
