We are planning to add the item cost to overdue notice data so it can be included in overdue notices sent through LX Starter as of Sierra 6.7.
Additional changes will be needed in LX Starter before the new data can be included on emails for overdue items.

I can't seem to edit this, but need the title of this to read Include Individual Plus Total Costs in Overdue Notices, since this does work in the bills.

In the Overdue Notices merge tags, there isn't anything for item price/cost or processing. Just in the Fines Notices (Bills) can you get this info. I need to update the heading of this idea to Include Individual Plus Total Costs in Overdue Notices.

Even if this isn't possible, would be wonderful if we could get a custom app "Vega Home Page" which would have the same dimensions, etc., as what is on Vega Home Page and at least we could load the same images, etc. and run on the website. Would like to replace an element on our current home page with this type of app.

This was a feature touted as "coming soon" when we became an early adopter. We would like to embed the NYT showcases in our notices, on our Vega WebBuilder/Wix site, etc.

I wish the basic (and useful) functionality of WebPAC/Encore was included in Vega. Sometimes I feel like the product was designed by people who never used WebPAC/Encore and thus don't realize some of the deficits that to a user, seem baffling (like not being able to search/browse by call number w/out knowing the complete call number). Messages are a primary vehicle to communicate to patrons who don't come in person, only log in to their account (or use the mobile app - which also doesn't show the patron messages).
