We will consider this idea for possible future development. Thank you!

Just in the Fines Notices (Bills) can you get this info. I need to update the heading of this idea to Include Individual Plus Total Costs in Overdue Notices.

An error occurred while saving the comment Alison Pruntel commentedJust had a patron ask how she can opt in to her reading history via the mobile app; does not use our website/catalog/Vega. Had to direct her to use a different method (Vega/catalog) than she prefers just to opt in to track her reading history.

An error occurred while saving the comment Alison Pruntel commentedI just had someone come up to me to complain (again) about the inability to print out her checkouts (in this case a large number of picture books) and getting all the images (and header) and multiple pages. In the Classic WebPAC, she can print out the titles, etc., just text and it's only a couple of pages. With Vega, it's 6 pages and the header repeats on each page, images use up a lot of space. She just wants to print out a list (text only) so she can walk around her house and find the picture books. She does not want to have to use the mobile app to do this, wants it on paper.

An error occurred while saving the comment Alison Pruntel commentedWe would like this to be the case if Kanopy records can be ingested. They have a lot of materials we don't want in the collection, but if we could limit to what we have purchased physically (DVDs) and/or the top 100 or something like that (or block categories like "erotic," for example), we would be more apt to use it.

An error occurred while saving the comment Alison Pruntel commentedIf you could print spine labels from a review file, that would make life so much easier. We do random recataloging projects which require materials to get a new spine label w/new call number. If you could put them in a review file and then under Tools opt to print/queue spine labels for all of them, it would save a lot of time.

An error occurred while saving the comment Alison Pruntel commentedI would love to have launched LX Starter already, but my director wants us to wait until the additional courtesy notice is ready. Notices being inconsistent (LX vs. Sierra) are just a lot more obvious in the case of the courtesy notices, which go out automatically/daily and affect a lot more patrons.

An error occurred while saving the comment Alison Pruntel commentedIn Sierra we assign what version of a courtesy notice goes out, depending on the loan rule. For example, if an item is not renewable, the text says so, that it has to be returned. If it IS renewable (different loan rule), then the text tells them to return or to renew, provides a link to log in and renew. I can see having a different notice for something that checks out hourly vs. regular loan period, etc.

An error occurred while saving the comment Alison Pruntel commentedI would like being able to easily integrate Kanopy but would need controls in place to only put in certain categories or by popularity, etc. They have a lot of content that we may not want showing up in our public catalog.

We are planning on limiting soft bounces this quarter (Q3 2023).

I can't seem to edit this, but need the title of this to read Include Individual Plus Total Costs in Overdue Notices, since this does work in the bills.
