Yes, statistical information in general, esp. for Vega home page. I concur that it makes no sense to continue to devote staff time to developing things like showcases if no one is using them. At this point, we have no idea. The reporting in Vega is pretty abysmal, esp. in light of it being in GA for several years now.

So the options should be: (1) Email List (and it's the actual text vs. a link, which is redundant of choice #2); (2) Copy List Link; ADD export list (as csv?)

Yes, I forgot that this is available in the classic WebPAC. You can delete marked or all items in your history. Nice to have, but I haven't had anyone ask about this or complain about the lack of this functionality. Not sure if III is able to tell how many people even used the feature, and we don't even have stats/data on how many people actually enable reading history.

We are a Sierra library, and we have a facet for format. If you go into Vega admin, Settings > Facet Administration, you can check to see if Format is enabled.

One of the primary reasons we opted not to automatically ingest the OverDrive content.

Yes, I see this. Maybe I wasn't aware or forgot about this being an issue. Also, I think most of our OverDrive users are just going through Libby vs. Vega. If the number of holds are accurate, why aren't the number of copies?

Currently you cannot store your images/promotional assets for Vega Homepage like you can for LX Starter. We have some "evergreen" images we like to use for the Hero and if we use one week, then take it down, use later, you have to try and dig it up locally. Ideally you could save the Hero image and associated URL/Showcase Link and just pull that up.
Note: I may have complained about this in another idea (maybe the scheduling of layouts idea) but it's really standalone.

I too will mark it critical. It's something our patrons (and staff) have been asking for, for DECADES via various IUG enhancement processes. For now, we ask patrons to use III mobile for that functionality, but for those who don't want to/don't use the mobile app, it should be possible.

Personally I think it's intuitive that greyed out means N/A, but maybe they just need something on the greyed out image, like words "Not Available" or "Not Owned" or something like that. That way you know what else is in the series, even if the library doesn't own all of the titles.

Warriors (by "Erin Hunter"), for example. There are multiple sub series. For example, when I open up "Return to the Clans" which is Warriors - Tigerstar & Sasha #3, I then see "more in the series," but it's actually ALL the various Warriors titles. I should see More of the Tigerstar & Sasha series, then more Warriors series (separated). It would be a lot easier to figure out what to read next.

The cookie/banner makes kiosk mode w/incognito mode unworkable and very frustrating to patrons who walk up to our kiosks, just want to be able to look up a book.
