   This field would allow us to keep identifying information about RFID pads in Sierra, rather than in external documentation. This would save time as well as prevent errors. This would allow us to better support the libraries within our consortium.

    The current behavior is incredibly inconvenient to patrons, and most patrons will not repeat the request process until they find success. This will limit access, even though the patrons do have access to the resources.
