Show number of copies on order per library
We are a Consortia of 51 libraries with 25 Acquisition's Units. We would like to see how many copies each library has ordered. This was available in Encore.(see screenshot) Vega does not show order records at all so we would like to see more detailed information in Sierra. Currently, you can only see that other libraries have ordered, not number of copies (see screenshot)

It would be helpful to see what neighboring libraries in our consortium are ordering. Also, patrons might appreciate knowing how many copies have been ordered especially for popular titles with long wait lists.

Including this info is good for both patrons and staff and will help libraries better plan their collection development.

Having on-order information in the resource display is important for our patrons. When there's a long hold time on an popular item, the information that the library has copies on order and is responsive to their needs goes a long way toward maintaining positive interactions.

This is a good idea to keep track of how many copies of items are being ordered between our libraries.

We have 36 Accounting Units within our 54-member consortium. This information would help our libraries manage collection development with limited budgets. Knowing how many copies neighboring libraries have ordered, they can allocate their funds more effectively. They can confidently use their budget for other needs, knowing that nearby libraries can fill holds for their patrons.
