It would be much more user-friendly if the search functionality for events was directly accessible from the homepage or main navigation. This would make it easier for patrons to quickly search events without the extra step of navigating to another page.

Many other library catalogues offer this feature and patrons have come to expect it. It would be ideal to allow patrons to not only search for specific book lists but also explore other published lists all in one place.

Mobile optimization is really important for these showcases! We have them on a number of our pages and it's crucial as most patrons are now looking at our website on a mobile device. A fix here would definitely improve the mobile experience for a lot of people.
