Include item barcodes on billing notices
Currently item barcodes are not included on the billing notices. We double check the shelves for billed items prior to mailing the bill to the patron. Often we have multiple copies of the item. To ensure that the bill is accurate and the items are truly missing, we have to take the other copies to the circulation desk and double check their status. This is time consuming, inefficient and occurs frequently. Item barcodes are include on the overdue notices. I would like to see them included on the billing notice too.

This would be really helpful for us if it were a standard feature. We currently have a custom report for this that many libraries use, and it seems like it's a bit tricky to get that report into Leap. Currently, our libraries are still using the toolbar to run their bills, as running billing in SSRS doesn't post to the database, and running the standard billing notices in Leap excludes the item barcodes. (I am working with Polaris support staff to try & implement the custom report in Leap, and am so appreciative of their time & effort to do so, but it would be better if this were just a standard feature for bills.)
