Utilities - Reports and Notices in the staff client need to be available in Leap
We have a number of custom reports in the Polaris Staff Client that need to be accessible to our Circulation Staff in Leap. Ideally all Polaris canned reports should also be available to all staff in Leap. One custom report we use is for patrons who don't have an email address. Their notification option is set to mailing address. However, if they have a hold we call them instead of sending the hold notice by mail. The custom report is a quick way to find the patrons that we need to call. Staff have to have access to both Polaris and Leap to continue to do their job.
Just to set expectations, our strategy at this time is for users to access reports through the SSRS portal. As Eleanor mentioned in her comment, we are adding customizable menu options to Leap in 7.5 with the intent that they be used to link users to the reporting interface.

As a consortia, we need to be able to share canned reports in LEAP, not all libraries have the staff, time, or skill to create custom reports in SRSS portal or Simply reports. Being able to drop in reports and have them select the library and run the report it critical for rural libraries.

Definitely need ability for circ staff to access custom reports in Leap. Shouldn't lose functionality from Polaris to Leap.

There is the custom links menu coming in 7.5 (https://portal.productboard.com/iii/6-innovative-product-status-board-new/c/571-customizable-report-menu-options-in-leap), but it sounds like you would like to see full access to the SSRS report folders via Leap.
At my consortium we share the SSRS site with staff. Some reports are still accessed through the client (mostly print notices (now in Leap) and acq reports), but other reports are usually accessed directly from SSRS, either ad hoc or via a subscription. However, for staff who are used to going through client reports, I can see how having an equivalent in Leap would help with the transition.
