Make the INN-Reach Polaris pickup slip editable
For our INN-Reach system, the most important information on the INN-Reach pickup slip is the destination (courier) code, which is buried in small letters near the bottom of the slip. Make the slip editable, so each system can prioritize information that is important for processing. For example, we would like to place the courier code at the top of the slip in large, bold type.

Our system processess all outgoing INN-Reach holds with cover straps that are filled out by hand by staff. Having the institution code in large font at the top, followed by individual branch location for pickup next, would save a lot of staff confusion.
