Add notes field to Polaris Staff Accounts
We occasionally need to document the use and purpose of special staff accounts. Mostly we do this to make sure they don't accidentally get deleted.
Historically we did this by using the email address field on the staff account. Now in PolarisAdmin (Web) it enforces email address formatting rules in that field so we can no longer use that field.
This was always a hacky work around. It would be better to have a notes field on polaris user staff accounts like patrons do. It should be up front and in your face though and not hidden behind menus. Again our primary purpose for the notes is typically making sure the account does not accidentally get deleted.

We enter the staff person's full name in that field, so we 100% support having a separate notes field to enter additional information associated with the account since the email address field in PolarisAdmin (Web) does not support other formatting.

Our workaround is using the desktop client to populate this field or to make changes to staff accounts with this field (since you cannot save the account either).
