Display place in queue when hold is inactive
As new users of Polaris, our patrons are unhappy with the fact that they can no longer view where their request lies in the queue when their request is inactive. It is our most frequent patron complaint since we have gone live.
My apologies if this idea has been posted already, but I couldn't find it.
