Improve Hold Notifications in ExpressCheck
We would like to see clearer messaging in ExpressCheck when an account alert relates to holds that are ready for pickup. Additionally, displaying the number of holds ready for pickup on the checkout screen would be a valuable improvement.
Previous versions of ExpressCheck displayed this count, and patrons appreciated being able to see the number decrease as they checked out their holds. This provided a simple visual confirmation that they had retrieved all their holds from the shelf, helping prevent items from being left behind.
