Be able to suppress holdings by branch
Currently, the only way to stop a branch's holdings from appearing in Vega is to uncheck "display in PAC" for each item assigned to that branch. It would be nice to have the ability in Vega admin to automatically suppress a branch (as we can in Polaris System Administration for PowerPAC)

A variety of reasons can cause a branch to close (and sometimes quite quickly.) This enables the admin to quickly and accurately update the holdings availability for each branch. This provides better service to the patrons.

We also have the need for this within our library system for when libraries close, eithefor a construction project or for the Summer.

We close branches from time to time for renovation or emergency. I think it's critical to hide a branch in a click instead dealing with thousands of item records at a time.
