Geolocation authentication for Vega's patron registration

We would like to see Vega's patron registration to include geolocation authentication so we can limit patron registration to only those residing in NYS, and potentially just our service area.

    This would be great for enforcing registrations to patrons from the correct location

    We would strongly prefer this feature be opt-in if added for privacy reasons. We don't want to collect location information from patrons' devices.
