This would be a huge timesaver. We have 9 branches and about 12 holidays that all of our locations are closed for. If there was a way to do add a systemwide closure option (in addition to the functionality we have now) that would be great. With all of the clicks between selecting the dates, and then blocking all of the rooms in the branch (times nine branches) for each holiday we were closed, it took a while to set up closures for the year. It also increases the chances of missing a branch when you have to block out each one individually.

This would be a time saver since all of our rooms and locations are closed on holidays. It's quite a bit more work blocking out every room. I understand being able to make rooms unavailable individually, that makes sense as well.

Also would be nice to include a note as to WHY there is a closure. "Closed for Independence Day" or "Independence Day."
