  1. It would be great to have the ability to add fields to the event create page without the need to add a custom question. For example, automatically having a field for phone number in the registration form for an event would be great.

  4. Sometimes when we're reviewing a program series in the approval stage, we realize that we need to make changes to the dates, such as shifting everything over by a week. It would be great to be able to make changes to the entire series recurrence in the approval stage, rather than deleting it and starting over.

  6. Enhance the TV mode so the title of library events displays on the combined view of room bookings and library events.

    For privacy, patron room bookings have the option to show or hide their booking name.

  8. It would be helpful to be able to customize the language for each event under the "registration" heading. The language that is automatically placed there does not apply or provide detailed enough registration information for some of our events.

  9. I found another area where bookings is used rather than registration (see below). I have already changed the UI language options I have control over to registration, register, etc from bookings. I am not sure where this is pulling from, but we do not use the word bookings.

  10. Currently patrons with expired library cards cannot be blocked from registering for an event, even if that event is set to only be open to residents. Our cards expire every 3 years, at which point a resident needs to provide proof of residency to show they still reside in our service area. Without this option patrons could move to a neighboring district but continue to attend programs here that are intended only for residents.

  12. Our Activity Center can be divided from a single space into three spaces.
    Something we didn't consider is when we divide it into two spaces. Currently, we can only assign Space 2 (child) to 1 Parent (Space 1 & 2 OR Space 2 & 3).

  13. Add the phone number of patrons on the waitlist. When adding someone to the waitlist, staff should also capture a phone number as an optional field.

    If we need to contact these patrons last minute (i.e. cancellation) we would prefer to do it by phone number.

  14. When I reserve a space within the Room Bookings option the format for "booking time" is not a drop-down menu. It currently requires us to type the time in a very exact format.

    Please can the input for time under the room booking option please be the same format as that of the "Event time" under "add Event"

When creating a brochure it looks like a photo from one of the programs populates into the brochure, but the placement is all over the place meaning it is not consistent from page to page or each time you create a brochure. One time it may be with one of the programs on the left column and others it will be in the center.

    We'd like to customize which images appear or choose to remove all the images.

  16. Occasionally we need to shuffle which rooms patrons will be in, but with the current set up, we have to delete the reservation and start from scratch in the new room. Could you provide a way to change the room but keep the rest of the reservation? Or even to copy the room booking and then create a new booking from the copy? Similar to cloning an event for the calendar. This would also be helpful for groups who use the library on a regular basis and would like to schedule more than one date at once.

  18. We have two sessions (one at 10:30am and the other at 11:30am) of Storytime every other Tuesday. We'd like patrons to only register for one session on any given Tuesday, but have the ability to swap which session they want between weeks. We can do this by cloning a two-session event, but we'd have to create a lot of clones. If there was a way to set multiple sessions and use the recurring option, that would be great.

  19. Frequently, there is a difference between the person who actually creates the event in Program and the Contact Person's email address which is a required field. The contact person might not even be associated with the library at all.

    It would be ever so helpful if a new created by field and the contact person's email address were a field that could have a free edit and a dropdown of all the staff account email addresses.

    Also, staff does not need a reminder about their event, since they are scheduled to do it as part of their workday. It would…

  20. Other than just unchecking the Enabled box for a staff account that's no longer needed, there should be a way for the administrator to remove/suppress a disabled staff account from view. This would keep the admin level clean with only the current content.
