Integrating address data with Google's Looker Studio
We currently utilize Google's Looker Studio and export data from Polaris to visualize library cards within our service area. Our staff relies on this data for various tasks, including the realignment of bookmobile stops and minibranch locations, identification of non-library cardholders for mass mailers, and the integration of census data with patron information for targeted outreach. Integrating this functionality into Promote and enabling dynamic map data adjustment based on our filters would be a significant enhancement. If you're interested in seeing how we currently perform these tasks using Looker Studio and Polaris, please don't hesitate to reach out to us…

Net Promoter Score (NPS)
It would be great if we could use Promote to send Net Promoter Score surveys to random patrons after they use libraries services.
Bonus would be if after they rate service there is both a path for the customer and staff. Patron would receive a push to promote the library through social media if great score or ask if they would like to have library reach out to them about their concerns. For the staff end it would be nice to set staff members that would receive the rating especially the bad ones so they can be aware of issues…

Ability to use Promote to send surveys
We would like to send patrons surveys after they attend programs, community survey, end of summer reading etc. To make this effective you will need to pull in usage information from Program or other 3rd party schedulers and use it segmentize them.
Even if we are able to upload a list of patrons to "tag" so that it knows who to send the survey to.

Integration with Vega Program
The Vega Promote editor has the ability to pull in showcase data from Discover which is really helpful. It would be ideal if there was also an option to pull in data easily from Vega Program.
This integration would save so much staff time and allow us to add more valuable content to our e-newsletters for program promotion.
