Add Threads to the social media link icons
Our Threads account is getting decent engagement - it would be nice to include it with the other social media accounts on the newsletters.

Library Specified Roles for Permissions
The current permissions associated with roles (Manager, Marketer, Reviewer) may not exactly meet the need for what we are looking for in allowing staff at our branches to use templates to create draft campaigns. The Marketer role has permissions to delete templates/campaigns/design blocks, as well as publish campaigns. Ideally, there would be a role that would allow the creation, viewing, duplication of campaigns but the final send would need to be approved by an Admin or Manager. We also would NOT want our staff to have the ability to delete campaigns/templates/design blocks, since we're hoping to have these standardized for…

Integrating address data with Google's Looker Studio
We currently utilize Google's Looker Studio and export data from Polaris to visualize library cards within our service area. Our staff relies on this data for various tasks, including the realignment of bookmobile stops and minibranch locations, identification of non-library cardholders for mass mailers, and the integration of census data with patron information for targeted outreach. Integrating this functionality into Promote and enabling dynamic map data adjustment based on our filters would be a significant enhancement. If you're interested in seeing how we currently perform these tasks using Looker Studio and Polaris, please don't hesitate to reach out to us…

Forward-Friendly Email Link
I want to be able to include a forward-friendly link in our email campaigns that allows recipients to share the email with someone else without breaking the design or risking the original subscriber's status.
Why this matters:
When emails are forwarded manually, formatting often gets lost, making the message look unprofessional or unreadable.
This feature preserves the original design and layout, ensuring a consistent experience for the new recipient.
It also protects the original subscriber by preventing the forwarded recipient from unsubscribing them accidentally.

Link Tracking Switch Off/On
Ability to switch link tracking on/off. Many patrons report their personal or work networks blocks link tracking. To us, accessibility is more important than analytics.

Design Block Updating
We would like to have the option of design blocks dynamically updating or being static. Design blocks dynamically update wherever used based on changes made to the block design (Static vs. auto-updating).

Trigger Campaign from Activity
A sure way to increase engagement is by sending timely emails to the right people. Timely emails are ones that are triggered when a contact performs a certain activity. Without the ability to trigger emails based on these activities, libraries won't have the power to send timely emails. For example, anytime a contact registers for an event I want an email to automatically send to them, thanking them for registering.

Add Creator to list of Campaigns
For libraries who have multiple staff working on campaigns (or for multi-branch libraries), it would be helpful to have a column/field that displays who the creator of the campaign was.

Match Font Choices on Image Editor
The font options in the Image Editor - Text field are not equivalent to the font options within the rest of the newsletter platform. For example, we use OpenSans for our font and that option is not available within the "text over image" editor. Nor is the option to bold the font; only italics, strikethrough, and underline appear to be available. There is also no place to enter a hex code to get an exact font color. It would be beneficial if the text editor options within this part of Vega Promote match what is elsewhere.

Auto-create segments from Polaris user-defined "marketing opt-in" field
Direct integration with Polaris to Vega Promote so that patrons who have been identified as "opted-in" (through a UDF in Polaris) can automatically be added to marketing segments in Promote. And in reverse -- if a patron unsubscribes from a marketing campaign in Promote, the UDF in Polaris will be changed to "opted-Out".
Patron Point currently connects with Polaris via API and updates data monthly, so the technology from Polaris side is available.

Sort Media Library
Add sorting to the media library, such as sorting by file type, upload date, and a search by filename to reduce instances of users re-uploading images and optimize cloud storage. Having images displayed by upload date and sorted into collapsible months of upload activity as the default option would be great. Lastly, flag instances of duplicate images in media library.

Integration with Vega Program
The Vega Promote editor has the ability to pull in showcase data from Discover which is really helpful. It would be ideal if there was also an option to pull in data easily from Vega Program.
This integration would save so much staff time and allow us to add more valuable content to our e-newsletters for program promotion.
