Reengage inactive patrons
Prebuilt campaign that automatically sends to patrons who are "Inactive" with the library. Library can design each email and configure the flow of the campaign (ie: when it sends and how long to wait before sending the next email).

Link Tracking Switch Off/On
Ability to switch link tracking on/off. Many patrons report their personal or work networks blocks link tracking. To us, accessibility is more important than analytics.

A/B Testing Campaigns
Create A/B tests for campaigns so that I can test slightly different version of the same email (including subject line) and see what performs better with my audience.

Design Block Updating
We would like to have the option of design blocks dynamically updating or being static. Design blocks dynamically update wherever used based on changes made to the block design (Static vs. auto-updating).

Trigger Campaign from Activity
A sure way to increase engagement is by sending timely emails to the right people. Timely emails are ones that are triggered when a contact performs a certain activity. Without the ability to trigger emails based on these activities, libraries won't have the power to send timely emails. For example, anytime a contact registers for an event I want an email to automatically send to them, thanking them for registering.

Add Threads to the social media link icons
Our Threads account is getting decent engagement - it would be nice to include it with the other social media accounts on the newsletters.

The ability to push emails into social media
Libraries have asked for the ability to push the emails directly into social media once it's published. Also, having the ability to create a permalink for each newsletter.

Net Promoter Score (NPS)
It would be great if we could use Promote to send Net Promoter Score surveys to random patrons after they use libraries services.
Bonus would be if after they rate service there is both a path for the customer and staff. Patron would receive a push to promote the library through social media if great score or ask if they would like to have library reach out to them about their concerns. For the staff end it would be nice to set staff members that would receive the rating especially the bad ones so they can be aware of issues…

Ability to use Promote to send surveys
We would like to send patrons surveys after they attend programs, community survey, end of summer reading etc. To make this effective you will need to pull in usage information from Program or other 3rd party schedulers and use it segmentize them.
Even if we are able to upload a list of patrons to "tag" so that it knows who to send the survey to.

Add Creator to list of Campaigns
For libraries who have multiple staff working on campaigns (or for multi-branch libraries), it would be helpful to have a column/field that displays who the creator of the campaign was.

Heat maps
Support "heat maps" or other way of measuring where viewers are looking on a campaign, to improve design of our campaigns. (MailChimp has this)

Autosave in editor
We've had a couple of instances where our staff are entering content into a campaign, and something glitches or the page refreshes, and hours of work are lost. It would be nice if there were an autosave feature (similar to MailChimp) where Vega Promote saves your work rather than requiring staff to hit Save Changes every time they edit a template or campaign.
Perhaps this could be a feature where you could turn Autosave on and off while you are working within an individual template or campaign, if it's not a global setting. I imagine there might be instances where…

Statistics/Metrics based on time period
We would like to get key metrics on campaign performance, such as # of subscribes, # of unsubscribes this quarter. This quarter compared to last quarter. Configurable time ranges. (MailChimp has this)
Example: "We added 100 new subscribers this quarter, but in Quarter 2 we only added 20"6 votes -
Integration with Vega Program
The Vega Promote editor has the ability to pull in showcase data from Discover which is really helpful. It would be ideal if there was also an option to pull in data easily from Vega Program.
This integration would save so much staff time and allow us to add more valuable content to our e-newsletters for program promotion.

Allow for additional Sign-up Forms
Currently, we are restricted to just one "Sign-up Form" on Promote. We aim to expand this capability to accommodate multiple sign-up forms for distinct mailing lists that do not intersect with our general publications. For instance, we'd like a separate sign-up form for our Oakland Talking Book Service. This segmentation will allow us to promote it independently from our regular campaigns.

Library Specified Roles for Permissions
The current permissions associated with roles (Manager, Marketer, Reviewer) may not exactly meet the need for what we are looking for in allowing staff at our branches to use templates to create draft campaigns. The Marketer role has permissions to delete templates/campaigns/design blocks, as well as publish campaigns. Ideally, there would be a role that would allow the creation, viewing, duplication of campaigns but the final send would need to be approved by an Admin or Manager. We also would NOT want our staff to have the ability to delete campaigns/templates/design blocks, since we're hoping to have these standardized for…

View design of completed email
In Marketing > Completed it would be great to be able to see the exact message that went out.
I love that we are able to see the send info and performance of the email, but I would like to be able to go back into what the email looked like without having to duplicate it or find it in my received email. Being able to open it would make it an easier cross reference.
