Currently we send these out in Constant Contact, but ideally these should be wrapped into LX Starter.

My library does something frustrating where we automatically renew patron accounts based on their activity. It baffles me to no end that we do not expire them & put the onus on the patron to revalidate/update their address & other information in order to renew their record, a simple & commonly used practice in other public libraries around the world.
I'm enthusiastically endorsing the importance of the renewal journey in LX Starter for libraries where things make sense.

This is critical functionality for us. We lost renewal notices when we migrated to LX Starter from our previous vendor and have been waiting for them to be launched for the past year. Currently we're managing notification of patrons with expiring accounts manually.
