    Vega Mobile Worklists librarians would like to be able to pull and work with Item Paging Lists as well as Title Paging Lists.

    As a Vega Mobile Worklists User, I can pull an Item Paging List.
    As a Vega Mobile Worklists User, I can view Item and Title Paging List materials together in one view.
    As a Vega Mobile Worklists User, I can view Item and Title Paging List materials separately.

  2. Offline Mode

    Vega Mobile Worklists users would like to be able to perform basic functions while offline and load those transactions when wifi becomes available again. This allows the library to keep library areas clear during internet outages, to help provide services the community when at an outreach location that does not have wifi, and to continue serving the public and make list progress when there are internet issues in general.

    Vega Mobile Worklists users would like to be able to use the mobile app to register new patrons to the library and to edit patron record data to update details.

  4. Add INN-Reach Paging Lists

    We would like staff to be able to take full advantage of Mobile Worklists & its potential, but in order for that to happen, we need them to be able to find & fulfill more than just the title paging list.

    Someone else has created a feature request for the addition of item paging lists, but as a member library in both SearchOhio & OhioLink, we'd appreciate the inclusion of INN-Reach paging lists as well.

  5. Enforce scoped record editing in Mobile Worklists

    One of the best features within Mobile worklists is the ability to easily edit item records from a mobile device. However, this feature ignores the scoping feature in the Sierra client that prevents one location within a consortia from make edits to items belonging to a different location. Due to this, we are unable to provide access to this feature to our members.

    Mobile worklists should follow the same permission limits as the client and enforce scoped item editing.

  6. Replace Barcode or RFID tag

    Vega Mobile Worklists users would like to be able to use the mobile worklists application to replace damaged item barcodes and RFID tags.

    As a Mobile Worklists staff user, I can edit the Item Barcode to replace a damaged barcode tag.
    As a Mobile Worklists staff user, I can edit the RFID tag for an item to replace a damaged or defective RFID tag.

    Vega Mobile Worklists users would like to be able to scan items in the library into a Mobile Worklist, and use that list in Vega Discover as a bookmark list based showcase for marketing purposes.

    Vega Mobile Worklists users would like to be able to search the library catalog within the mobile worklists app in order to provide reference help with doing outreach activities using their device.

    As a Mobile Worklists library that has Vega Discover, I can search my library catalog in the app.
    As a Mobile Worklists staff user, I can use the catalog search to locate materials for patrons and share material info to them.

    Vega Mobile Worklists users would like to be able to use a list in mobile worklists to batch modify items in order to change their location, status, or other important metadata fields.

  10. Add ability to import a review file from Sierra to a shelf list in Mobile Worklist

    Right now you can only import from Sierra to a work list. Importing to a shelf list would be helpful for large serial sets. Creating a shelf list on the fly with Mobile worklists for large serial sets results in a shelf list where the volumes are out of order. Creating that list in a Sierra review file would fix that problem, then staff could send that to a shelf list to verify titles on the shelf in real time.

  11. Count Use in mobile worklists should recording the stat group associated with the login

    In mobile worklists the count use feature does not currently use the stat group associated with the login and defaults to stat group 0. Innovative can configure mobile worklists to use a different stat group, but it's a system wide setting so currently in a multi-location system there is not a way to accurately measure daily usage stats across different locations.

    The system should be updated so that the login's stat group is recorded to the circulation transaction table, as it is currently capable of doing with checkouts and check in transactions performed through mobile worklists. This will allow for…

    Vega Mobile Worklists users would like to be able leverage StackMaps to view the location of scanned items in Mobile Worklists.

    As a Mobile Worklists admin, I can configure a StackMaps integration for Mobile Worklists.
    As a Mobile Worklists staff user, I can view the map location of a scanned item in a list.

    Vega Mobile Worklists users would like to be able to send a notification blast to staff using the Mobile Worklists application who are roaming the library with devices.

  16. Allow for Batch Scanning via RFID in Mobile Worklists

    We are looking at maximizing the potential for RFID as it relates to inventory & using Mobile Worklists to do so. I know that the scanning of individual tags to update the inventory date was introduced in 11/23 for MW 4.6, but this would mean having the capacity to scan tagged items in batch determined by the capacity of the tag reader with a wand or device like the one pictured, & have their inventory dates updated directly, rather than having the scans stored to an SD card & then uploaded/updated via Rapid Update.

  17. Add Ability to Increase Font Size in Mobile Worklists

    We currently have staff at a number of branches testing Mobile Worklists. More than one location has requested the ability for users to increase font sizes for displayed characters in title paging lists & elsewhere throughout the app. Hopefully this could be tied to their login, so settings are not constantly in need of a reset between users of shared devices.

    Vega Mobile Worklists Users would like to be able to access and share library created documents that are stored online and share those documents with community members when doing library outreach.

    As a Vega Mobile Worklists Librarian I can configure Documents that are accessible online in the Outreach section of the app.

    Vega Mobile Worklists users would like to be able to view and share library and branch info with patrons when doing outreach from a mobile device without having to look it up in a browser.

    Vega Mobile Worklists users would like to be able to use the Mobile Worklists application as a Self-Service kiosk that library patrons can use to scan their library patron barcode, then checkout books and renew current checkouts.
