    Agree, this has made our Serials substantially harder since we migrated to Polaris from Sierra 2 years ago.
    We do not use subscription records with Polaris, because that was going to be too much manual work. If EDI was enabled with EBSCO, we may reconsider that.
    We critically need electronic invoices from EBSCO. We would very much like to have a way to encumber those funds as well, without having to create manual POs each year.
