    Our consortia has several libraries incorporating this technology into their service model. It is critical to provide our patrons with seamless transitions between the various portals they use to access our libraries. It is essential that our mobile app support Pickup Areas.

    The average user would not know to search for Resource Management within the Room Management Area, especially as one is not required for the other. Placing Resource Management on the main menu would be more intuitive.
