An error occurred while saving the comment Lisa Bondy commentedThis would be extremely valuable for us in our consortium because our patrons can access materials across 50+ libraries. A patron would not know which libraries in the County will ILL a specific item so having to weed through each holding is a frustrating process. It would be a time-saver in getting the material into the hands of the patrons and greatly improve the customer service ILL experience.

An error occurred while saving the comment Lisa Bondy commentedThis is a useful idea so that patrons can have uninterrupted access to library resources. Many of our patrons only use online/ mobile services, and would otherwise not be aware that their card is close to expiring. This would eliminate the frustration of a patron finding out their card has expired by being denied access to library materials.
URL displayed can look sloppy and confusing to patrons. A note could direct patrons to the appropriate resource in a much more streamlined, concise way, making the catalog records more user-friendly.
