In a consortium, a patron from Library A is No. 1 in line for their own library’s copies (since the library only allows holds for its own patrons), but appears as No. 290 Place in line in Vega. Could this feature be refined so that a patron from Library A sees their position in line for their own library’s copies? Leap shows the correct position—No. 1—when the holds queue is filtered by the patron’s library.

Every year we prepare statistics for the state survey, and we have to count circulation, items, and patrons in various ways as specified by the survey. For example, we need to break down circulation by Print/Nonprint, Adult/Juvenile, and Resident/Nonresident. For items, we have to group them into categories such as Print, Audio Spoken, Music, Video, etc. I use Excel but it would be extremely helpful to be able to create these groupings within a reporting tool.
Additionally, most of our libraries report their monthly statistics by material type, but some also need to include statistics for specific collections, such as Library of Things (collection code). It would be very useful if we could create custom groups specifically for reporting purposes.
