Our consortium needs to be able to associate where circulation transactions took place that are associated with charges in patron accounts, in addition to knowing who owns a material and where the patron is registered. Patrons can use any of our member libraries, and the policies of the checkout location apply to certain charges like overdue fines while charges related to lost or damaged materials are associated with the owning location. Currently July 2025) we cannot include in an item List transaction report an identifier for the location where the circulation activity took place. When patrons pay online, the lack of the ability to include the circ location information in a report of payments made hampers our ability to get the correct amount of money to the correct library.
