Book Club Holds
We'd like to have a way to place multiple holds at once. The existing multiple holds option doesn't quite do that as it still requires re-entering the title and selecting it for each copy needed while in the holds area of an account. For a book club, for example, it would be much faster and easier to select a title to hold and have a way to say we want 15 copies from this bib record, rather than have to select it title 15 times.

When staff need to place multiple holds on the same title for a book club, we have to still search for the item individually and select it until we've selected enough copies of that title. If there were a way to simply search once for the title and select whichever bib record you want and be able to indicate how many copies you want from that bib record, it would be easier and more helpful. Not sure if this is possible, but it would be nice.

This would make so many staff happy and would be a great feature to entice people over to leap who aren't already using it.

We place holds for school teachers requesting sometimes 20 copies for an entire class.

These book club kits seem to be growing in popularity, especially as libraries are leaning more into special collections and experiences. I agree that a staff option to place multiple holds at once would be a huge time saver.
I'd also add that our libraries have been looking for a way to allow patron's to place their own book club requests too. I'm not exactly sure the workflow would be, but there's got to be something better than "contact staff."

I agree. It is inconvienient in LEAP that there is no option to Select All when placing multiple holds. Each one must be clicked individually to select. We frequently place 100+ holds on items so this is a time-consuming process. In addition, once the allotted 100 holds restriction was reached, an override pop-up comes up for every book after the limit. It would be preferable to only have to click this once to override (which is what happens on the Remote app.)
