Reading History
When checking out a material and the the patron has history turned on, a pop-up appears saying this patron had out this item with a date or a number of days ago, so the patron doesn't check it out and immediately return it, especially would be helpful with ILL requests.

We had this pop up with the ILS replaced by Polaris and found it to be a very handy tool when assisting customers with their borrowings. We will have outreach services set up for specific use cases but would like to take advantage of a pop up for all customers with the history tracking checked on

Can you elaborate on the ILL use case here? I'd like to better understand the workflow you're trying to prevent.
It is a feature of Polaris Outreach Services to display a prompt when a patron attempts to check out an item they have already circulated (based on their reading history). This will display for all patrons with ORS enabled in their record. If you are not using ORS today, you could try enabling this checkbox for your patrons as a workaround to see how the existing dialog works for you.
