Filter Orders by Fiscal Year and Supplier
Acquisitions - need the ability to limit/filter search to Fiscal Year of Suppliers for Invoices or Purchase Orders. Currently, if we look at a Suppliers order history, or invoices, we see everything since we migrated to Polaris.
Sometimes, we need to see how much we are spending with a specific vendor and/or need to see an on-order list with a supplier.

I believe this is already supported in Leap, but please let me know if I'm misunderstanding. The Leap PO and Invoice Find Tools have filters for both Supplier and Fiscal Year, so you can quickly limit the results to a specific supplier in a specific FY.

Gabrielle - yes, it would be helpful to filter by Fiscal Year when viewing by Supplier. In Acquisitions, when viewing a specific Supplier, under the View tab, you can view the PO's attributed to that vendor. However, it brings up every PO since me launched Polaris (for us, that's seven years) [Or, searching by Purchase Order, by Supplier, you get the same results]
I was unable to find a method to view all the expenditures we have a had during a specified fiscal year.

Hi Beth, are you asking for fiscal year to be added to the Invoice and Purchase Order find tool? Would you provide more specifics about where you are searching and need to be able to filter by fiscal year?
