Libraries that are configured to use pickup areas such as lockers, drive-up windows, etc, need to be able to see the pickup areas via the Request Manager's "Held" view. This will help libraries distinguish and manage items that are on the library's holds shelf and those that have been placed in the pickup locker.

Currently, in the patron's holds view, either the pickup branch or the pickup area are displayed in a column, no matter the status of the hold. This column of information is also available in the Pending view of the Picklist. See attached. Please bring this information into the Request Manager--this will make the Request Manager much more functional, providing staff with a single screen glance at what items should be in lockers and what should be on the holds shelf.
