Ability for PAPI to write to patron Custom Data Fields
It would be helpful if the PatronRegistrationCreate endpoint was able to write to the Patron Custom Data Fields.

We recently had a project arise where it'd have been extremely helpful to write to the CDFs. I actually thought that PAPI already did this and it seems like a weird omission that it doesn't.
Along with writing to the CDFs from the registration create endpoint, it'd be just as useful to have this available from the registration update endpoints too.
