Impersonate Mode Can be Used Without the Patron Using the System Previously
Impersonate does not work until the patron has used the system previously - so if you have a patron calling on the phone to register for the first time, you still need to start with the "add booking" box, even though that bypasses the eligibility rules. Some useful functionality improvements would be for impersonate mode not to utilize cached data (so it could be used immediately).

Currently, staff face challenges when using impersonation mode due to limited search capabilities (email only) and reliance on cached data. Expanding the search to all registration fields and utilizing real-time data would resolve these issues and improve workflow.

We would like to see impersonate be able to search for patrons immediately, so that patron registrations can be found by staff. Currently, this can not be done when the registration is done by staff on the staff page.
