*Openpath Integration* PIN generation created after approval process for conference rooms
This workflow is exclusively for electronic locks integrated with the Vega Program. While standard study room bookings remain unaffected, for conference room reservations, we propose delaying PIN generation until after staff has confirmed the booking. All conference room requests must undergo staff review and approval, ensuring that a PIN is not immediately issued to the patron or group requesting the space.

Event RECUR AT Interval during hours of operation
Have an event 'RECUR AT interval' across multiple days, all day, during hours of operation. Currently, when scheduling an event to RECUR AT interval you cannot choose a)multiple times, or b) a beginning and ending time when the hours of operation do not match.
For example - we want to hold a 3 day event at a location where the hours of operation are:
Day 1 - 9am - 6pm
Day 2 - 1pm - 6pm

Allow booking type changes after booking created
We use the "booking type" field for different organization types (local, non-profit) and rates. Organizations or individuals sometimes misreport their booking type and we must reject and re-enter their room booking instead of just changing the booking type.

Allow multiple rooms/buildings across program sessions
We frequently have programs with multiple sessions that fall into one of two categories: repeated programs happening in different buildings, or multi-session programs that need to be done in different rooms across sessions.
It would be helpful if Vega Program could default each new session to the same room as the first existing session, but allow staff to change the room (or building) for each session.
Currently, we must either split up these sessions (different buildings, same program) causing patrons to get confused and register twice for what is essentially the same program, or we have to put a generic…

Allow users to schedule when a brochure is sent to them
Users should be able to select categories and locations of interest and set a recurrence for when they would like to see new events. This would be useful for staff as well.
They should be able to select the timeframe of the brochure
- daily
- x number of week
- x number of monthsAs well as when the brochure should be sent. For example, on the 3rd Friday of the month, send me a brochure for the following month.

Allow additional dates for "recur at interval" after submission/publishing
Ability to add additional events into a series with the "recur at interval" functionality after submission or publishing. If an error is made or an extra date is added, we either need to start fresh or connect with a series title. With the series title connection, we cannot "update all" and the series links not connected by title exclude the addition.

Staff Side: Applying room filters shouldn't default to all options selected
When searching rooms on the staff side from Check Availability or Booking Search, clicking on the Location filter defaults to all locations selected. It would be more efficient if all locations were unselected, and the staff user could use Select All if needed.

Age Validation sync with patron type from Sierra or Polaris
Since Vega Program makes a connection over to Sierra and Polaris to verify patron email address when staff register the patron for a program, could Vega Program also check against ptype to validate the patron is a child or adult

Time in Room Calendars Should Reflect Set up and Clean Up Times
Currently, only the event time is shown in the room calendar. The set up and clean up times are not listed. We have had events, for example, that start at 5pm and end at 7pm, but that room is not available from 10am - 5pm due to setting up for a program. Staff cannot see that the room is not available until after they try to book it for their program or event. It would be helpful to have an event time as well as the set up and tear down listed in the room calendar separately. It would save…

Event Flyer - design options
We currently aren’t really using flyers because they are not appealing to the branches and patrons. We love the feature, but it doesn’t work for us. We would like to see the feature have options for us to be able to make the flyers more appealing.
Here are some of things we would like to possibly see in future updates:
• Options to change font size/style/color
• Flyer size option – half sheet or full page

Option for library staff to get email notification when patrons register for events
Some of our staff prefer to be emailed every time someone registers for an event (vs. having to login to Vega, search the event name, and then check the registration list). We'd like to see this as an option to select on a per-event basis, based on staff preference for this. We find it a bit odd to get an email reminding us of the event (as the contact listed in the event creation form, but not have the option to be notified of registrations).

Reset passwords
Ability to reset all staff passwords at once. We change passwords twice a year, it would be nice to be able to reset all users at once.

Room calendar functionality with back button
When using the room calendar, and when you advance to a future month, then click into an event, when you click the back button it takes you all the way back to the current month instead of the month you were just looking at. Example: I advance the room calendar to June, click on an event to view it, click the back button when I'm done reviewing, it takes me back to March (current month). Could it take me back to June instead?

Offer option to bulk edit and delete room bookings
When locating all room bookings under the same name, offer an option to bulk delete them all, or several at a time. Currently, you have to go into each booking and delete from there. Examples of when this would be helpful would be when groups decide to cancel some or all events, need to change details, or when an error is made.

Delete user created meeting room layouts
Have the ability to delete and/or disable user created meeting room layouts. Currently, users with room management permissions can only create, edit and update. When we need to remove a layout either temporarily or permanently, there is no way for admin or users to do this.
