  2. It would be nice if patrons could batch add books in their reading lists to be placed on hold. Currently, they have to tap into each title to place the hold. We restrict how many holds a patron can have at a time on their account, so this feature would allow our power users to have lists ready to go once their hold queue clears.

  3. Patrons should be able to see the hold suspension end date in their holds list. Currently if you select a suspend hold date in the app, there is no way to see that date once you submit. It just says inactive and queue position 0. If patrons can't remember when they requested the item to be placed back on hold, they have to resume the hold and then suspend it again.

  4. In Vega Mobile when a patron is viewing their titles on hold, the URI (100 $1) displays. We'd like the ability to suppress this field information or have it hidden by default. It is confusing to patrons and given the limited space in the app, we'd love to free this up for more useful information. Our site tried hiding it in the classic catalog to see if this would impact the mobile app but it had not impact when doing so. Thanks.

  5. Currently, the Library Location content items display a clear Header Image with a blurred version of that image as the Background image. It is not currently possible to remove the background image entirely.

    Please provide an option to either remove the background image entirely or replace the blurred image with a solid background.

    Many libraries have changed the term "concept" to "subject" in Vega Discover.
    Please enable the ability for libraries to batch change "concept" to "subject" in Vega Mobile.

    (The term "concept" appears as a facet in mobile app).

  9. During testing, our team has noticed that when selecting other languages in the app, the open/close hours displayed for each location are switched to a 24-hour clock format. While this is the format most commonly used by the language selected, our team feels that having the option to adjust this to a 12-hour format would be a useful enhancement.

  11. When a patron arrives for a curbside pickup there is an audible notification that sounds on the circulation computer. This is often not heard due to other noise in the area. An option to set this notification to repeat until acknowledged would be very helpful so that patrons are not missed when they come for pickup.

In the updated version of the app, when there are some holdings available and some not available, the default display is to show "available only" which the patron then has to 'turn off' to see other libraries that own something. We would like the default display to be all holdings, regardless of availability, and the "available only" filter to be an optional filter that they can select. Or, if not everyone agrees on this, we would like the option then to at least choose our own default display option for holdings.

  15. Allow libraries to select different glyphs to use next to the barcode and mobile check features.

    For instance, for the library card, instead of a credit card (https://fontawesome.com/icons/credit-card?f=classic&s=light), an id card (https://fontawesome.com/icons/id-card?f=classic&s=light). For the mobile checkout, instead of a shopping cart (https://fontawesome.com/icons/cart-shopping?f=classic&s=light), a barcode (https://fontawesome.com/icons/rectangle-barcode?f=classic&s=light).

    This would allow libraries to maintain branding currently in place and provide continuity across different web properties.

  16. The "limit to..." filter allows you to limit your search to titles associated with a library. Similar to how Encore worked, this is of no use to our customers because the item could be checked out or checked in. Vega Discover finally introduced a filter of "on the shelf", and this is needed in the Innovative Mobile.

  17. A suggestion to increase Widget Functionality with the Ida app. Some patrons use a lot of widgets, and would find it very useful if there was the option to use a widget with Ida that displayed the barcodes linked in the App (and ideally checkouts, and due dates, but barcode(s) at least).

  18. Currently when you start a new session, you can either view what you have on loan or type an ISBN number, it would be nice to give patrons the capability to scan the ISBN of a book they have in their hand.
