Sync library hours/dates closed from ILS with app
Having to input this info 3 times (ILS, Vega, App) is tiresome and could be avoided with this feature.

Cancel holds that have already been filled in Mobile App
We've had many patrons request the ability to cancel a hold that is already "held" (i.e., has a "held" status). This can be done through our website and it would be really helpful to extend that functionality to the app.

Option to remove background image from Library Location Information
Currently, the Library Location content items display a clear Header Image with a blurred version of that image as the Background image. It is not currently possible to remove the background image entirely.
Please provide an option to either remove the background image entirely or replace the blurred image with a solid background.

LEAP Patron message show up in the app
We'd like to see the Leap patron message pop up in the mobile app, ideally as a banner on top when the patron logs into the app.

Allow Push Notifications for Individual Branches
Allow push notifications by individual branches rather than systemwide. When we have a single branch closed due to facilities issues or some other factor, it would be helpful to be able to send out the closure notice only to patrons registered at that branch, rather than spamming every patron throughout the entire system.

Enable multiple pickup locations per branch in Mobile App to support locker, curbside, and in-library holds pickup
I was told by Innovative support that SOLUS said the Mobile App will not be supporting the new pickup area functionality available in Polaris 7.5 that allows a user to select first a library and then a designated pickup area.
Providing an option for pickup locations is crucial as more libraries start to offer smart locker pickup and other, separate, pickup area scenarios.
The current work-around of creating new "branches" in Polaris just for a pickup location for a locker or other area creates multiple data and maintenance challenges both for administrators and library staff. This challenge is further multiplied…

Integrate Vega features into Innovative Mobile for ease of implementation
Vega (Homepage/LX/Promote/Promote Web) features such as showcase groups, carousels, and authors should be available to deploy within Innovative Mobile for ease of implementation across all products. We'd like to be able to deploy our librarian created showcases directly on the mobile app versus creating record sets of our existing showcases from Vega.

Mobile App Username
Would it be possible to have the ability to use created usernames in Vega Mobile to sign into our account similar to the PAC and Vega Discover. This would make signing into the mobile app a lot more convenient considering that patrons would no longer need to to type in their full patron barcode.

Mobile app social sharing
The Mobile app currently looks like it does not allow any social media sharing. There are links to X, Facebook, etc. but we do not see an integrated way to share a call number, ISBN, or Title link to the catalog that can be shared on those platforms. We would like the ability to click on a social icon that would transmit a brief info of the item to be posted into the customers social app or email message.

Integration with Paypal Payflow for Fine Payment
Polaris supports PayPal’s Payflow Link payment gateway for credit card payments from Polaris PowerPAC and Mobile PAC. We would rather stick with one vendor for this than have to create a Stripe account as well for processing on the mobile app. Either allow us Stripe over on Polaris/Vega or Paypal over on the mobile app.

Add option to adjust 24-hour clock format when using other languages
During testing, our team has noticed that when selecting other languages in the app, the open/close hours displayed for each location are switched to a 24-hour clock format. While this is the format most commonly used by the language selected, our team feels that having the option to adjust this to a 12-hour format would be a useful enhancement.

Send the self-check receipt to the patron's email address
Patrons are used to getting ereceipts when they use other self-check devices in the library, so the experience should be the same in the app.

Make All "On Order" Items Holdable
We recently discovered that some of our bib records with only order records attached are not eligible to be placed on hold through the Innovative Mobile app. I was told by Innovative that this is because the Sierra API is only able to see order records that are specifically in the "o - On Order" status. We use a few different order record statuses as part of our normal workflows (e.g. "a - Fully Paid"), but we still want patrons to be able to place holds on these items using the mobile app, regardless of order record status.

Add feature for announcement banner on app home page
Could you please create a feature that allows us to add an announcement banner to the very top of the app home page? Specifically with (a) a custom color background, (b) a custom icon, and (c) a custom free text field. Mockup attached for clarification. Thank you!

Add Widget Functionality
A suggestion to increase Widget Functionality with the Ida app. Some patrons use a lot of widgets, and would find it very useful if there was the option to use a widget with Ida that displayed the barcodes linked in the App (and ideally checkouts, and due dates, but barcode(s) at least).

Ability to sort searches by availability
Add the ability to sort catalog search results by availability or "available now". This is a function currently in the PAC and customers expect to see the same behavior in the the Mobile App. This will also make it easier for customers to tell if they can pick up a book the same day.

Support Dark Mode
Support dark mode --- currently, on iOS and Android devices, when Dark is selected, the hamburger menuing options display dark, but the main app still remains in Light mode.
