Pickup location should default to "Select a library" not the first library in the list
This is the same as a current improvement idea for Vega Discover (https://ideas.iii.com/forums/951766-vega-discover/suggestions/48885347-discover-pickup-location-should-default-to-select).
One of our libraries is temporarily closed and the app is defaulting to the first library in the list as a pickup location. Unfortunately, patrons don't notice and continue to place holds for pickup at a library that is nowhere near them.
We have to monitor the Manage Holds function on a daily basis to identify these holds and modify them before they go into transit.

Vega Mobile Usage Statistics - Export to CSV
In Vega Mobile admin, we pull usage statistics [Mobile App > View Activity]. The results are given in tables displayed on the screen (see image).
Request: Can these be formatted so that we can Export the data into a CSV or Excel file?
Right now, I have to copy/paste as text the various tables, then pop them into Excel, where I like to have a month-to-month comparison setup. This is extra work.

Catalog Search Segmentation (Physical, Libby, Hoopla, etc.)
We’d love to see segmented search added to the mobile app. A feature like easy-to-use tabs at the top of the search results (e.g., Physical, Libby, OverDrive, etc.) would make it much easier for patrons to navigate. Currently, they have to use the filter tool and scroll through a long list of formats to narrow down their results, which can be cumbersome.
Workflow... Patron searches on mobile app. Top of the search results (Physical, Libby, Hoopla tabs) would allow a patron to quickly click what type of material they are hunting for without forcing them to select through a huge…

Due Soon vs. Due Today
Patrons suggests that on the day their book is actually due, the app should reflect "item due now" rather than "due soon" as it is misleading.

Add Most Popular Sort for search results
It would be nice to be able to sort by "Most popular" after running a search.
9 votesThe default sort is relevance based on hits in key indexes on the search terms. It would be a confusing experience for the end user if their search results were automatically sorted by 'most popular' by default. A post search sort for 'most popular' however would make sense and can be explored.

Change menu glyph from bars (hamburger) to user (account)
The current hamburger menu opens an account menu, rather than the overall app menu. Changing the glyph from the bars glyph (https://fontawesome.com/icons/bars?f=classic&s=regular) to a user glyph (https://fontawesome.com/icons/user?f=classic&s=solid) would make it clearer that this is how you access your library account.
The menu link is located in the upper right of the app, which is a common place for an account link to go. And when you open this menu, there's already a round user avatar that appears at the top of the account menu. Swapping out the bars glyph for a user glyph would feel totally…

Allow for upcoming Vega associated/linked accounts to be integrated on Innovative Mobile
With the upcoming development of Vega associated/linked patron accounts, we'd like the III Mobile App to integrate this automagically, rather than requiring patrons to set it up both on Vega and on the III mobile app. Vega should supersede the III Mobile App for all account related features.

Allow the option for libraries within the Title Details section to be in alphabetical order rather than by location
After the 2023.1 upgrade libraries are going to be listed in order by location. It will be much easier to find a library you're looking for if they're in alphabetical order, so we should have the option of having it work that way rather than it being fixed at being in order by location.

Include Item Fixed Field 108 (OPACMSG) in the full record display of the app
In our consortium, libraries often use item field 108 OPACMSG to indicate NEW or other information that helps patrons find titles within their library. In the app, in a full record display, that information is not available. Could Innovative work with Solus to pull in that field using the Rest API or by another means? It would shed light on titles and reduce confusion with patrons. (As an aside, this same field could be added to the initial brief display within the Mobile Worklists app as well).

More Vega Mobile Statistics for Book Shelves
Newcastle Libraries would love more statistics for Vega Mobile/Solus app. Currently we have no app stats specifically for the More> button off the homepage and more specifically the home screen carousels/feeds/book shelves. Creating these collections using bib id or record set is labour intensive, so being able to access this information would help us improve content relevance and discoverability of our collections.

List the language of material (if other than English/main language) in the search result format list
As shown in the screenshots, the eBook does not have any indication that it is in Spanish until the user taps into the Catalog Item.

Leverage Existing LX/Promote Blocks in the Mobile App
We’d love the ability to reuse blocks or modules already created in LX, Promote, or Promote Web within the Mobile App. Our Communications team has invested time into crafting designs in Promote and would really like to extend that work into the Mobile App experience without rebuilding everything from scratch.

Add option to adjust 24-hour clock format when using other languages
During testing, our team has noticed that when selecting other languages in the app, the open/close hours displayed for each location are switched to a 24-hour clock format. While this is the format most commonly used by the language selected, our team feels that having the option to adjust this to a 12-hour format would be a useful enhancement.

Option to remove background image from Library Location Information
Currently, the Library Location content items display a clear Header Image with a blurred version of that image as the Background image. It is not currently possible to remove the background image entirely.
Please provide an option to either remove the background image entirely or replace the blurred image with a solid background.

Mobile App Username
Would it be possible to have the ability to use created usernames in Vega Mobile to sign into our account similar to the PAC and Vega Discover. This would make signing into the mobile app a lot more convenient considering that patrons would no longer need to to type in their full patron barcode.

Customize which item statuses are "available"
When in the full record display of the Innovative Mobile app, there is an Available Only toggle. When selecting that option, our system would like to make sure items with the status of ON DISPLAY are included here as being available to the public. Let libraries set which item statuses are deemed available based on their system.

Include all components in large text version of app
Currently, on iOS, when a device has "Larger Accessibility Sizes" enabled, the app loses many components.
Most critically, the "Checkout" shortcut that appears adjacent to the "Card" shortcut and below the search bar does not carry over when the text is enlarged. The only way to make self checkout available to visually impaired patrons with large text enabled is to rely on the "Checkout" menu item with the visibility set to "Always" or "Post-Login." (My library prefers the visibility set to "Pre-Login" so we can bump up a menu item for greater prominence since the "Checkout" shortcut makes the "Checkout"…
