Customize Fonts & Typeface
It would be great if we could customize font and typeface (bold headings or increase text size, for example) for items in the app. Some of the text is quite light/thin, and it would be ideal to enhance for better contrast.

Customize which item statuses are "available"
When in the full record display of the Innovative Mobile app, there is an Available Only toggle. When selecting that option, our system would like to make sure items with the status of ON DISPLAY are included here as being available to the public. Let libraries set which item statuses are deemed available based on their system.

Allow for upcoming Vega associated/linked accounts to be integrated on Innovative Mobile
With the upcoming development of Vega associated/linked patron accounts, we'd like the III Mobile App to integrate this automagically, rather than requiring patrons to set it up both on Vega and on the III mobile app. Vega should supersede the III Mobile App for all account related features.

Ability to sort/filter by material or item type in "Checkouts".
After completing the API integration for OverDrive titles, it is difficult for users to look through their checkouts to determine which ones are physical items and which ones are digital. An option to sort or filter by material or item type would correct this problem.

Korean Language Support
I would like to request a Korean translation of the app. We have a decent sized Korean population in our service area who would appreciate it.

Make "available only" default be optional and not the default
In the updated version of the app, when there are some holdings available and some not available, the default display is to show "available only" which the patron then has to 'turn off' to see other libraries that own something. We would like the default display to be all holdings, regardless of availability, and the "available only" filter to be an optional filter that they can select. Or, if not everyone agrees on this, we would like the option then to at least choose our own default display option for holdings.

Add Language Translations to the Description Text Field on a Channel
Request: Add the Language Translation Options/Flag to the Description Text field under the Mobile Channel Settings tab for a selected Channel.
Description: Since this flag indicating language translation options is missing for this field, we are showing multiple languages at the same time for a field which is already longer than other fields as it is a description text field. This could turn 3-5 sentences of a description into 6-10 sentences or 9-15 sentences on one channel depending on if we want to show 2 or 3 languages for this field. Having the option to display a different language for…

Highlight/limit by a particular library
Our libraries want to be able to limit by or highlight for a specific library's holdings. For example, if you do a search, they would like to have an additional filter that would show results for a specific library.

Configurable glyphs for barcode and mobile check buttons
Allow libraries to select different glyphs to use next to the barcode and mobile check features.
For instance, for the library card, instead of a credit card (https://fontawesome.com/icons/credit-card?f=classic&s=light), an id card (https://fontawesome.com/icons/id-card?f=classic&s=light). For the mobile checkout, instead of a shopping cart (https://fontawesome.com/icons/cart-shopping?f=classic&s=light), a barcode (https://fontawesome.com/icons/rectangle-barcode?f=classic&s=light).
This would allow libraries to maintain branding currently in place and provide continuity across different web properties.

Repeatable Curbside Pickup Notification
When a patron arrives for a curbside pickup there is an audible notification that sounds on the circulation computer. This is often not heard due to other noise in the area. An option to set this notification to repeat until acknowledged would be very helpful so that patrons are not missed when they come for pickup.

Make All "On Order" Items Holdable
We recently discovered that some of our bib records with only order records attached are not eligible to be placed on hold through the Innovative Mobile app. I was told by Innovative that this is because the Sierra API is only able to see order records that are specifically in the "o - On Order" status. We use a few different order record statuses as part of our normal workflows (e.g. "a - Fully Paid"), but we still want patrons to be able to place holds on these items using the mobile app, regardless of order record status.

Scan ISBN in Reading Tracker
Currently when you start a new session, you can either view what you have on loan or type an ISBN number, it would be nice to give patrons the capability to scan the ISBN of a book they have in their hand.

Some libraries want to use the Reading Tracker for their summer reading challenges. They want to be able to extract the data out to run different kinds of reports.

Include all components in large text version of app
Currently, on iOS, when a device has "Larger Accessibility Sizes" enabled, the app loses many components.
Most critically, the "Checkout" shortcut that appears adjacent to the "Card" shortcut and below the search bar does not carry over when the text is enlarged. The only way to make self checkout available to visually impaired patrons with large text enabled is to rely on the "Checkout" menu item with the visibility set to "Always" or "Post-Login." (My library prefers the visibility set to "Pre-Login" so we can bump up a menu item for greater prominence since the "Checkout" shortcut makes the "Checkout"…
